SHIPPING TIME: Items will be shipped 1-2 business days after an order is placed. No orders are shipped on weekends or holidays.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION: There will be a $10.00 fee plus the cost to reship any package that is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Our shipping labels are generated from the information you provide, so please be sure to include your correct shipping address including apartment/suite/office number, correct street name and zip code. GoodLifeFarm.net is not responsible for packages which are lost due to incorrect information you provide. If you contact us after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete address, we will make every effort to correct it for you; however, if the package has already been shipped the $10.00 fee plus the cost to reship will apply if the package is returned to us.
DELIVERY: If you experience an unexpected event which will cause you to be unavailable to receive your package, please call the carrier with alternate delivery instructions. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable you will be responsible for the cost involved in reshipping.
ORDER TRACKING: You may track your package using the tracking number that will be emailed to the email address that you provide when you place your order. For estimated delivery times on packages shipped to destinations within the continental US via UPS, please view the UPS Ground Chart Map.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to contact us using our contact form during normal business hours. We will make every effort to cancel your order. If we are unable to cancel the order and you wish to return it, the return policy listed below will apply.
RETURN POLICY: If you wish to return an item, please call GoodLifeFarms.net during normal business hours. Please have your order number and the date of the order available. A return authorization (RA) number will be issued and must be included in the returned package. RA numbers are valid for 30 days. After 30 days, the RA number will become invalid, and the return will not be accepted. Full credit for the returned items will be issued within 10 days after they are received by GoodLifeFarm.net provided they are received unopened and undamaged. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please pack your items carefully, insure them and send them using a delivery confirmation service. GoodLifeFarm.net will not be held responsible for returned items lost during shipping. LOST PACKAGES: You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is shipped. Please track your package. If you do not receive your package, please contact GoodLifeFarms.net at (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00pm). We will make every effort to locate your package or ship a replacement if the package cannot be located.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Merchandise damaged during shipment should be reported immediately to GoodLifeFarm.net and to the carrier to which it was delivered. Please have your order number and the date of the order available when you call. We will then give you instructions as to how to return the merchandise to us. We will send a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged merchandise once the damaged item is received and inspected. Replacements or credits for damaged items will be expedited to minimize inconvenience to our customer.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: GoodLifeFarm.net regularly stocks all the items we sell; however, if an item is out of stock, it will be clearly marked on the website. To have your order processed immediately, order only in stock items. If an item is out of stock when your order is processed, the entire order will be held until all products are available. If this occurs, we will attempt to notify you by email. We will try to process your order as soon as possible.
